Exchange & Return Policy

  • In case of footwear if there is a size issue we have a very easy exchange process. You just need to fill in the below form or email us at info@thetasslelife.com and we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Please keep the packaging intact and hand over the packet to the courier guy. We will dispatch the the replacement size within 24 hours of us picking up the product from you. Please mention the size and design clearly in the form to help us understand your requirement and arrange for a pickup quickly. We cover the cost of exchange shipping. Please note that we provide exchange only once. Any further exchanges will not be entertained.
  • We will not entertain any exchanges after 7days of receiving the product. 
  • In case we do not have the size available in stock you can choose another footwear of the same value from our range of products. Please note that we will not be able to provide you a replacement if the product is in a used and worn state. If we receive a used and worn product from you, we will sending it back only post payment of shipping charges. 
  • Any footwear purchased under sale is not applicable for return or exchange.
  • We do not have a return policy. In the rare case that you do receive a product that is damaged or wrong, kindly write to us at info@thetasslelife.com within 2 days of receiving the product with a photo of it. After evaluating the photo, if we feel the case is valid we will arrange for a reverse pick. Please note that if the issue is brought to our notice after 2 days of receiving the product, we will not be addressing the same. We will be arranging a pickup for the defected/wrong product from the same address in which the product was delivered. Please hand over the product with the packaging intact. We will dispatch the the replacement size within 24 hours of us picking up the product from you. If we do not have the same product or the same size in the product then the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 
  • The below cases do not qualify for an exchange:
    • Minor color or design variations: Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
    • If your product darkens over time: Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions. 
  • We do not accept any cancellations of the order once placed.
  • All return & exchanges are at the discretion of The Tassle Life.
