How long will delivery take?
Shipping is free across India. Ready products are delivered in 6-8 business days. Personalised products take up to 10-12 days, depending on the product and your location.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available. You can also pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or mobile wallets. All prices include taxes.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll send a free replacement if your order arrives damaged in transit, is the wrong product, or has a personalisation error on our side.

Every piece is handcrafted and made to order, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. Orders can't be cancelled once placed.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handmade, so small variations in colour, shade or thread work are natural. Screen colours can also differ slightly.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. International shipping is charged by location, quantity and weight. Email info@thetasslelife.com for a quote. Import duties and local taxes are paid by the customer on delivery.
